The "cigar girl" (Maria Grazia Cucinotta) uses this knife to kill Lachaise (Patrick Malahide).
Lachaise dies with the knife in his neck.

This knife belongs to one of Zukovsky's men (Daz Crawford). James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) takes it, and uses it to pin his jacket onto the bar table, leaving the man defenceless.
The thing behind it is a bottle of some kind, to avoid confusion.
